They do very well with apparel, but overall they have less than 10% market share. Not made up, verifiable fact.

I'll agree to this.
But to claim the have made little gains is a bit of a stretch. They are 4th in equipment sales. Not bad for just a clothing company who started manufacturing clubs in 1996.
ETA: and this is coming from a lifelong Titleist snob. I don't like Nike. Or Taylormade.
