Definitely eat more than 4 per week. that's a low number there. plus, I don't know anyone besides guides who actually go limit out every few days. we make trips and limit out 4-5 times a year specifically targeting trout. plus the inlaws get a lot of my fish because they don't fish.

we mainly target redfish, and usually only keep them under 20" at that, but if we run into a school of trout, i'll catch my limit there.
