How much do you feel that Johnny Jones' loose coaching style appeal to top....

...players?

The two dunks by Mickey and Martin this year come to mind.

Does it appeal to the one and done players?

Well, if Coach Cal is the gold standard for pulling one-and-dones, then this idea really wouldn't make sense. Kentucky's squad this year played with incredible discipline and unselfishness on the court. And he would light into them on the sidelines for dumb fouls and turnovers. Pretty much the opposite of "loose coaching" that would be reflected in those Mickey/Martin dunks you're thinking about.

eta--not that I'm agreeing with you that the dunks are indicative of any type of "coaching style." I basically disagree with the entire premise of your post and every point you attempted to make.

The high school games I watched this year are damn near unwatchable. If the top guys we signed like that then they've come to the right place

Blakeney confirmed in an interview with 104.5 earlier this year when asked why he chose LSU that he likes the freedom that Johnny Jones lets them play with.
