It's a little hipster community. It's not River Ranch but they have cool houses and you can walk to bars and shite. I wouldn't call it the safest spot in town. It borders with some pretty shitty spots.

Isn't this basically the area around the McKinley st strip (keg) and around the bulldog etc?
