Are there any less expensive off contract phones with LTE (AT&T)?

I sent an email to Asus inquiring when the ZenFone 2 will start selling in the US. I got a reply and link to someone selling the international version on Amazon. Unfortunately I dont think it will be coming anytime soon. I've been trying to hold out, but I'm getting tired of this shitty S3. Are there any less expensive off contract phones with LTE?

If I were you, I would change the title of this thread to something more related to the above quote...

Try [link=(www.swapp.com)]Swappa[/link]. You can get some gently used phones there that will do what you need.
LG G2 as someone else suggests (about $190)
HTC One (M7) (about $175)
HTC One (M8) (about $290)
Moto X (2013) (about $150)
Moto X (2014) (about $290)
I've bought a phone and tablet from this site before and had a good experience both times.
ETA: Links not working for some reason.

The Oneplus One is $300 if you can manage to get an invite or find when they aren't requiring invites. Specs are pretty impressive and comparable to any top end phone out now. The Oneplus Two is scheduled to come out some time at in Q4 as well, so that may drop the price further if they keep the Oneplus One in production.
I have one and I love it.
