Things the rest of the nation doesn't know about Les Miles:

*Les Miles is the most followed CFB Coach on Twitter with
over 130,000 followers.
*Six current head coaches have coached under Les Miles:
Mike Gundy, Oklahoma State
Jimbo Fisher, Fla.State
Bo Pelini, Nebraska, Youngstown St
Larry Porter, Memphis
Bradley Dale Peveto, Northwestern St
Todd Monken, Southern Miss
*In the summer of 2013, Miles rapelled down a 24-story building in
downtown Baton Rouge to help bring awareness to adoption and
children's advocacy.
*Each years Miles and wife Kathy host the Children's Miracle Network
event in Baton Rouge, and he also serves at events for the Mary Bird
Perkins Cancer Center, Special Olympics, and the Baton Rouge
Children's Advocacy Center.
*Miles starred in the LSU "The Harlem Shake" version that had 1.8 million
You Tube views.
He shot a basketball video "It Must Have Been The Shoes" resulting
from ESPN's Scott Van Pelt's "gift" exchanges.
*Miles visited American troops in Iraq and Kuwait in 2006 on a
USO Tour.
*Miles lost his mother the night before the 2014 Ole Miss game, a
game the Tigers won over the Top 5 Rebels.
*Miles has 15 victories over coaches who have won a national
championship.
*He has won 17 games vs Top Ten teams, and has led LSU to 103
victories in his decade in Baton Rouge - in the Top 3 nationally, and
an average of 10 victories per year.
*Miles is 25-15 in SEC Road games, 31-9 in SEC Home games.
*Under Miles LSU leads the SEC with 60 NFL draft picks, including
13 first-rounders.
*LSU led the nation with 9 NFL draft picks in 2014, as well as 9 in
