It has a vacuum leak bro. Check for the vacuum line under the hood running thru the firewall on the passenger side.That vacuum line controls the baffle door inside of the evaporator case.The fan isn't reducing its speed,when the door moves it's redirecting the air thru all of the vents. Floor,dash and defrosters

Ok so try to find a hole in the vaccum line? Its rubber I assume? If I find a hole do I just rig it with tape or replace the entire line?
