Yeah. They take up much less room too. When I first saw them and made them, I was skeptical about bigger fish pulling the coat hanger free from the noodle, but I've caught 30lb+ fish with them and never had anything like that happen. I used to make them with PVC, but making them with coat hangers is so much easier. Really all you need are noodles, hangers, wire clippers, and rigging.
