Maybe it applies to more people than others depending on their height and weight. I'm 6' 165# and I can see it in my face when I was 10 pounds heavier

True. I know people who wear a 38 waist and weigh over 220 but their face looks slim

I gain weight in my midsection and face if I stop working out and eat like crap. Not a good look.
