I bought this foot rocker thing that you can use to really stretch out your foot. Looks goofy looking.....but it also really helped as well. Hope it heals fast!

Good friend of mine fought it for years and couldn't shake it. He did PT and everything the Dr instructed. Ended up having surgery and it's taken him 5 months to get back mobile.
He's been a power lifter for about 25 years, in his mid 40s now. He was squatting 495 regularly prior and just broke 405 for the first time since. He's playing rugby now too which he couldn't do prior to the surgery.
