It wouldn't be that bad, except it seems like I'm scheduled every holiday, every year. This year, I'm off for Halloween. Well whoopty-mother fricking-do.

Congrats to all of you for being able to pay your bills, buy the extras that make life more fun, and providing for your families.
As a fellow taxpayer, thanks for not being in the 47% and increasing the burden.
Nurse, tell your MIL that you cannot make it. Invite her for breakfast, or lunch when you can make it. For Easter day, have your husband deliver a small, but thoughtful, gift from you to her.
