These threads make me laugh. Other than a select few posters who know what they are talking about, most of the spewed vomit in these threads are quite funny. Asking how much a house cost is like asking how much a car will cost. Mercedes and Hyundai are both cars with ac and leather seats. But the price range is far from comparable. Way to many variable in a house to remotely ask whats normal or average.
