Other than Ford, no surprises on the list.

Land Rover is extremely happy Fiat is making cars again.

Ever seen a Dodge Caliber with water sloshing around in the tail lights? I have, a lot, and it reminds me of that goofy wave-mood toy you can get at Spencers in the mall. Chrysler puts money into only three products, Ram Trucks, the 300, and challenger/charger. Everything is Chinese-knockoff Playskool lead toy part quality crap.

A guy on one of my car forums built OEM tail lamps for three manufacturers. Chevy was the best at money vs. product quality, Ford was VERY close behind, Dodge was so far over the fricking horizon that his plant hated dealing with them.

Ford's poor showing doesn't surprise me at all.

Volvo is the one that surprised me. Their cars from 15-20 years ago were very sturdy.

I find it hard to believe Chevy is not on there. Their trucks are good but their cars are garbage

They actually scored well above average. The only domestic brands to score higher than Chevy was Cadillac and Buick. It's not just trucks propping up their score either....because the GMC brand was awarded a similar score.
