Religion is philosophy. Some are more metaphysical than others, some are more rigid.

The mystical stuff does nothing for me, but the more practical and straightforward aspects of Buddhism and Daoism are very appealing and common sense, to me. I don't identify with either, but as with all religions, I take from them what I feel to be useful.
