ETA: Your response doesnt really answer the scenario of us having to drop players to add players from the draft.

I'm hoping to graduate 4 guys to my major league roster by next season. Once they meet their inning or at bat threshold, I'm going to be forced to cut people I feel should have no business on the wire in such a deep league.
It's just something to consider. If it doesn't pass, it's no biggie.
