At least half of their money came from their rookie deals. Both were top 5 picks. Martin wont be a top 5 pick. He probably wont even be a lottery pick so the money upfront wont be as good and teams during his first FA wont be as willing to overpay for a former twenty something pick as they will for a former top 5 pick.
As others have said, his draft stock isnt as high as those two.

I think he's made more than that. He signed a 5 year, $40 million contract in 2010.
Then you have to add the rookie contract to that
