Not everybody prays, why would they say that? You say moment of silence because it gives people who pray the opportunity to pray, people who don't pray simply time to reflect, and people who don't give a shite time to look at arse and tits, as is evidence by this thread.

I don't know why religious people get so offended that other people aren't religious.

Usually stand there and stare at something quietly.

My job involves a lot of "holding hands and praying" when we are on trips and working events. Also, my uncle always does a really long prayer before holiday meals. I am quite used to standing there and being quiet.
