if someone is afraid of dogs..yes it gives them a complete right, I love dogs but some people dont know the difference in breeds and could have thought it was a bulldog/pit etc..at the end of the day he didnt kick a person

yea b/c a tiny arse pug looks just like the typical vicious monster that will mess you up.
