This is what happens when your constitution limits what can actually be cut from the budget to almost nothing but higher education. Couple that with the governor cutting revenues and you're looking at a major hit for higher ed.

It's only going to get worse, much worse, if the price of oil stays low. Also, we can thank the Long family for screwing the future of Louisiana by giving away the oil reserves.
