If they go undefeated, i could see him leaving to NBA.
He's proving, he can handle a team full of NBA talent, and get them to buy into his system, and play as a team. No individuals above the team.

This. It would be a "drop the mic" moment. Stating the obvious, but he would leave only if he loved the new situation.
Those saying the Pels are not farfetched since AD would be an obvious fit for him and vice versa.
