Mom of child in question was teacher in Central that was convicted of sexual misconduct with a student back in 2003. She used to be a registered sex offender and now she is not. I guess 10 years was part of her plea deal.
Word is he and momma maybe were knocking boots plus at time of incident her husband was either in jail or out of jail for abuse to her. Guy accused was asked to stay since she was scared of abusive husband.

Well that would explain why he'd lie about being there.

i dont remember this.. granted i had been out of high school for 5-6 years
