What's a respectable bicep curl on an EZ Curl for someone at 165+ pounds?

I had to shut down last spring for a few months after a near miss on preacher curls.

I was working through an early set of 110 or so and I felt my left shoulder tweak forward. I put the weight down immediately. I thought, initially, that I may have torn/strained a bicep tendon, but I believe I had a subluxation of the left shoulder that healed over time with rest and Advil.

As long you are getting a pump and training, do what you can
