That's crap, but I get it.
My main concern is that if I don't pay the 130, it will go to collections and affect insurance/credit score. Not sure if it's worth it.

Which is bullshite IMO obviously.
Ohio actually passed a law banning red-light cameras/speed cameras unless there is a police officer present at the intersection and there is a 3 year study done at the individual intersection that shows it would benefit from a camera.
The state just got sued though from municipalities for the obvious reason that they still want the revenue.
The Ohio Supreme's ruled it was constitutional, but a local judge is holding up another part of it.
