yeah, could be a cluster. i always do the boat and motor transfer separately from the trailer, b/c DMV may tax the trailer. A donation in MS should be effective here, but I am not licensed in MS, so do not know their inheritance laws. Prolly same as or similar to ours.

You thinking that it's better to do a donation in MS? I'm heading back this weekend is why I'm asking.
She just got everything registered with MS all in her name, I have the boat I just don't want something to happen and she be liable due to insurance purposes. So, I'm trying to get this done before fishing starts rolling along.
