You are exactly right. Going 199mph you are basically covering the distance of a football field in 1 second. The guy in the right lane is assuming being that far backthat you are doing a normal speed. By the time either of them realize what is happening it is all over. No matter the vehicle you are in at 200mph there is no evasive maneuvers, or brakes that will stop you in time. At that point it comes down to the skill/calmness of the driver, and gods willingness to save your stupid arse.
