The school did what it did because it was afraid of outside pressure to do something. Very few companies will stand by an employee these days in any contraversy..the ones who have amazingly still have sponsors and are running..why? Because the heat you get will ve gone in a day or two on majority of stories because false outrage will move onto something elsE

You are right. Sticking by an employee doesn't mean you agree with their actions. But it takes a lot to give someone a second chance, especially considering the pressure you will be put under these days to do the "right" thing.
