This isn't a knock on BCS. It's that BB set the bar exceptionally high.
Is anyone else wishing BCS wasn't connected to BB?
When BCS was first announced, I was excited to get a return to the Breaking Bad universe, but at this point, I think BCS has settled itself as its own show. I hope they never bring BCS fully up to Walt entering the store. In fact, it'd be great if around season three, they skip ahead to Jimmy watching old Saul tapes in Nebraska and bring us to the present timeline of his life.

Outside of the Mike episode, which was great and a pay off to BB fans, this show is it's own thing.
Vince Gilligan is a flat out genius.

I think it's already understood that Walt and Jessie will appear at some point.
But they've done an incredible job of making BCS its own show

This could definitely be an interesting twist. Id also like to see flashbacks to things happening during BB from Sauls POV
