All my teams practiced once per week.
Warm up. Outfielders do work in the outfield while infielders do drills in the infield. Then have a full team fielding practice. Then get into BP. Rotate so that pitchers are rotating from shagging, hitting, and throwing sides. End with some conditioning and call it a day. Or something like that.
