I agree. Of course the people taking the pics are wrong but people need to be more accountable for themselves...kind of like the guy who got so drunk he passed out in a FF restaurant and got tea bagged.

Because we know they were naked when they passed out?
Obviously yes they should not pass out around people they don't trust but if they are dumb and do pass out they shouldn't have their nude pictures posted online. It is common courtesy not to do something like that to another person.
