Pretty sure he just chills the keg itself. Ice bath/ sit in a fridge. It's been like 4 months since I got the walk through and I was 4 beers deep at the time.

Yeah, that'd be pretty easy now that I think of it. stick it in your pointless old 10 gallon igloo cooler full of icewater.
