We're all thinking the same thing around here too for the most part.
ETA: Checked out the website and if I had the money to blow on this I'd do it right and have about 8 different short kegs of different beer going at one time. That would be fun I guess.
What's the chilling process like for this after the brew?

Pretty sure he just chills the keg itself. Ice bath/ sit in a fridge. It's been like 4 months since I got the walk through and I was 4 beers deep at the time.
