Why in the world would they pull a ratings ploy? It's the most watched factual based show in the world.

I doubt it. It's not like they are hurting for viewers. They get 350 million people watching around the world each week.

Like someone already said, they didn't deviate from the template. They're chemistry sucks compared to the BBC crew. The US crew just seems like they are forcing it too much.
