My favorite is the smoked from Bergeron's. Ronnie's, Jerry Lee's, and the new place in Watson are all decent though
As far as HH cheese there's a place in Cottonport called T-Jim's that makes Jerry Lee's taste like dog shite. Bourgeois in Thibodaux does a jalapeño-cheese version that is great as well
