Agreed. For the most part I think youthful Americans aren't racist. They just dislike the African American culture.
Yet we should note that this current African American culture is a direct result of slavery, which was founded on racism. The current socioeconomic status and lifestyle of the general population of African Americans is because of the way they were discriminated against previously. Their culture is a response to slavery/discrimination and can be traced back to it. Only time will change it

Actually the current black culture can be traced back to the destruction of the black family, which dates back only 50 years to LBJ and the Great Society

It's a bit more complicated. For instance, African Americans married at a higher rate than whites around the turn of the 20th century. If, for instance, the failing family unit is blamed on slavery, then how come it didn't affect those that actually experienced it or were most closely associated with it?
