at some point, you just have to realize it'll be there in the morning.

As a project manager/project engineer, i used to worry about my projects non-stop. Woke up a 4 a.m., checked phone for emails, went to work, worked till 6ish, went home, checked emails, worried about budgets and project costs, etc.

Got to a point that i didn't know what to do. Couldn't decompress, couldn't relax. I'd even check on my project while on "vacation". Never let myself just get away from it all. Took me changing jobs to finally do it. Now, i don't have my phone connected to my work email, and at knock off time, that's it. I don't worry about anything going on until 4 a.m. the next morning. When i'm home, it's daddy/husband time
