Looks good to me. I built a something very similar (smaller budget) for my first rig and I used the ITX Prodigy case. It's a tight fit but isn't that every guy's dream?
Really though, I'm glad I went small form factor. It was a challenging test of nerve for a beginner but I got through it without damaging any components.
