What kind of stuff sets these feuds off normally, does it say? just trivial whatever?



Real quick. I read a great book about the bloodier feuds in Kentucky history a while back. Hatfields, blah blah. Anyway one of the most violent, long running family feuds happened when a couple members on one side went hunting. They had been out trapping without luck for days and wondered into another family's cow pasture. They were half starved so they took a machete and hacked off one of the cows arse cheeks and sent it back out to pasture This started a feud that last several generations and resulted in idk how much death and violence. Crazy shite

Anyway sorry for the hijack. made me think of that

well they won't discuss the main/primary cause of the beef, from way way back. at one point, though, they do discuss a murder
