Depends on what you call "issues." We have always fried fish whole in my family..... I am used to eating around bones. As Otis said, you can prepare her serving for her. I did for my wife & son last night.

Don't think I have ever scaled a single speck.


Not sure why.... May have to try that.


And yea that belly meat is good.
