The haircut scene is sad and honestly pathetic. I thought it was a good doc but wondered why no Grohl perspective. Google shows the director didn't interview him until right before the release. WTF? Is the director a junkie too? For it to be over 2 hours the ending was weak, but I understand considering the project was for his daughter.

I haven't watched yet, but I'm not surprised Dave Grohl wasn't in it. Him and Courtney Love literally hate each other. She hates him for the success of Foo Fighters and has said things like the only reason the Foo Fighters are successful is because of Kurt, they've had several spats with each other over the years.

Side note Foo Fighters first album was Grohl by himself recording every instrument. He has said before that some of those songs from that album were songs that him and Kurt were preparing to do a little side experiment band. Ever since I heard Grohl say this I've wondered what that band would be like.

Grohl was on tour.

His point of view will be on DVD.
