how is paleo a fad diet?

it's eating real, normal foods, and basically cutting out most processed shite.

last night i ate a delicious chuck roast, half of a sweet potato, and Domenica's roasted cauliflower recipe.

something obviously works for you if you are in great shape, but it's not the only way. Paleo is 100% sustainable. I dont understand how meat, veggies, fruit, etc is a fad. Because it's not working for your mom?

You make plenty of sense in this thread to me. No idea why your words are being twisted and people are intentionally arguing over something they don't even think the OP should do

a paleo diet like you suggested, meat and veggies diet, is not a fad

the "paleo brownies" or "paleo gumbo" shite is most definitely a fad though
