How do you March Madness?

Has anyone created their own tournament scoring spreadsheet? I've been running the office pool for a few years. Since all of the regular fantasy sports sites are blocked at work, I created an Excel file to do the scoring as well as some reports that I modeled off of Turbo Tourney. Being that I use if formulas to do the scoring, it's important that all of the entries have the school names spelled perfectly. I usually send out an excel file with a blank bracket with boxes to mark the picks and the names will flow through. I then have to copy all of the completed brackets into my scoring file.
There are 2 things I'd like to improve on this year if possible. First, I'd like to be able to be able to use a google docs form for the pics. I just don't think there's a way to make question #3 dependent on the selections from questions #1 & #2.
Next, I'd like to set up a web query or some way for the excel file to pull in the scores. I was thinking of having a tab with the scores, then a vlookup to get them into the master bracket. Does anyone know of a website that is formatted in a way that would make this easy? Since all of the money goes into the pot, I'm looking for a free solution. That's why I don't just use Turbo Tourney.

That sounds like one helluva excel project to have your bracket thrown in the garbage after day 2.

I run a bracket and track it in Excel. I make everyone turn in hand filled brackets and I transpose those into my Excel spreadsheet for tracking and scoring.
