You think actually threatening a person with rape and or murder is just a thought crime?
So its cool with you if a person keeps telling your mother they are going to kill and rape her? That person is doing nothing wrong and is simply practicing legitimate speech?

there are two possible outcomes to this situation:
A) I get a mildly inconveniencing exchange with some stranger I will never meet.
B) We regulate the frick out of the internet and it becomes a caricature of itself because I'm an oversensitive pussy.
