Anybody have long term issues with Neato?

We have one, but it effectively died on us. The charger was hit by lightning (well house was). They replaced it for free, which was awesome, but a few months later it stopped taking a charge and won't power on.

neato batteries die fairly quickly if you use it often. I have mine run 3x a week and replace the battery every 18 months or so
