punk is suing for 5 million
The comment section is alleging his mother needs the money to cover her gambling habits. This story isn't going away for a while.

The mother of Brady Becker, the 17-year-old who was punched repeatedly by a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's deputy during a February arrest that was captured on video, has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.
The teen's lawyer had announced that a lawsuit was in the offing in the days after the Feb. 13 scuffle in a parking garage at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie following a Carnival parade.
Nicholas Breaux, the deputy seen punching Becker on the video, Deputy Cory Porche, Sheriff Newell Normand and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office are named as defendants in the lawsuit, which seeks damages "in excess of $5 million."
The lawsuit states that Becker, identified by the initials "B.B." because he is a minor, suffered a damage to his left eye and a fractured cheek bone after Breaux punched him in the face repeatedly.
