Well I balked on it, so you can buy it out from under me if you'd like
Like fin said, I would have to probably quadruple my income to maintain my lifestyle in San fran. I doubt that would happen.

I'm looking now too, and for 200 I'm looking at around that price for 30 year. I destroyed my credit while in college and it's been a climb ever since.

Or you do like most do and live right outside of SF and commute(that's what my starving artist brother does...lives in Oakland) I would imagine the rents are much cheaper in Oakland.
