For beginners, I can agree with this. For a seasoned turkey killer, you won't find many that prefer a friction call of any kind over a mouth call.

I already have 2 good pot calls that I'm very good on but, I'm try to become better with the mouth calls. I like using the mouth calls more because my hands are on my gun and limits the amount of movement I have to make.

Sounds like I'll probably get a couple of the Woodhaven and the H.S. Strut and probably try the Hook as well.

It's interesting that you say that everyone sounds good in a truck. I find that I sound much better when I'm calling outside rather than inside. I don't know why that is.
