Nobody wants JJ to be a raging lunatic on the sidelines. But how can you say he's not emotionless? He just is, and I'd love to see some more emotion from him.
Maybe the fire is burning inside and he can get that through to the team, but he just looks dead during games. A bit more energy from JJ would positively translate to the team.
