I like to collect old History books and childrens and young adult books, here are some of my favorites.

I really like this 1880's History book on the presidents, it's thicker than my most recent presidents book that goes up to W.

I have this book that traces the source of the Mississippi river.

I really like the illustrations in this 1900 kids book. Also cool that it was twice given as a gift in the early 20th century.

My oldest book is a hide-bound ancient Greek and Roman history book. It is from the 1830's, it's very interesting and goes from biblical history to the fall of Rome. It was a University textbook back then. Amazing to think almost 200 years ago someone was in college with this book.
