I've been fortunate to meet him a few times & he's far from a dick......He's the one out of all of the "celebrity chefs" you would want to go out dining/drinking/partying with.....he's a true character & speaks his mind.....really a fun dude to be around. Extremely interesting to listen to & talk with. Great Chefs was epic as well.
