The trucker is by far the greater a-hole.
He could've easily avoided the accident except that:
He was talking on the phone like a bitch.
He wasn't paying a lick of attention to what he was doing.
His goofy phone-talking arse is in the left lane.
He's a trucker.
Yes, she came over tight, but all that numbnuts had to do was lift for two seconds.
If he shows that tape to his boss, they'll run his arse off.

You know it's required to use a hand free device in a truck right? You will lose your job and some cases your CDL for talking on a phone without one. Not saying it doesn't happen but don't be so quick to blame it on a cell phone.
